On the main level there is a great room (1 double sofabed) with a soaring cathedral ceiling and walls of glass overlooking the Assateague Channel and lighthouse. The floor plan is an open great room with living, dining and kitchen areas. A dramatic catwalk spans this open area. There are two bedroom suites on this level (each with queen bed and ensuite bath), plus a powder room and laundry nook with washer/dryer. A large deck spans the width of the house on this level, affording great views of the water and wildlife refuge. Adirondack chairs for relaxing plus two dining areas enhance the enjoyment of this deck. The upper level has a loft with separate sitting area (TV, DVD, and movie collection plus single sleep sofa) with a dramatic catwalk to a balcony on the water. This private, waterfront balcony looking toward Assateague Island, the wildlife refuge and lighthouse, is a great place to listen to the waves crashing, do some star gazing, or watch many varieties of birds. There are two bedrooms (each with two twin beds) and a large, shared full bath on this level.
